Working with a realtor that relates and understands your needs is not something every realtor does well. Ben is exceptional not just with his business habits and professionalism. Ben puts his Purchase clients and Listing clients best interests in front of all the decisions that need to be made through out the buying or selling process using his extensive knowledge and experience of real estate. I have used Ben for both a purchase and a listing and both times, I was always well informed and never felt like I didn’t know what was going on or that he was letting me make bad or uninformed decisions. Bottom line I felt that we are working as a team to get what I wanted in both my past experiences using him.
