Ben Koerner is an experienced Arizona real estate professional serving buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and relocating clients throughout the Phoenix Metro area. With more than four decades of real estate experience, Ben brings extensive knowledge of the Valley’s residential real estate market, including Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, Peoria, Surprise, Buckeye, Goodyear, Tempe, Maricopa, San Tan Valley, Mesa, and Sun City.
Ben began his real estate career in the late 1980s after earning a Business Management degree from Fort Hays State University. Over the decades, he has helped clients navigate virtually every type of residential real estate transaction, from purchasing a first home or selling a longtime residence to relocating across the country, investing in Arizona real estate, purchasing new construction, and managing more complex real estate situations.
