Original review: Before meeting Ben, we dealt with a few other agents but we were frustrated they couldn't answer our relatively simple questions. After inquiring about a new development, Ben called us right away and told us more about the real estate market in Minneapolis. Living out of state it was difficult for us to act quickly on properties that matched our criteria. However, Ben made himself available over a holiday weekend when we were in Minnesota and the first place he showed us was the one. A few days later, our offer was accepted on the unit!
