Short points: don’t go through the home buying process alone when you can use Ben and his team who provide first rate customer service (responsiveness, etc), and are a sophisticated group that will make the process enjoyable and easy from start to finish. Longer points: Ben and his team helped me and my husband purchase our first home, and they were exactly what we needed and so much more. By way of only limited example, Ben and his team were extremely responsive throughout the process which is so important when a good place goes on the market. Perhaps more importantly, Ben listened to what we wanted, made sure to show us homes that were within our parameters, and was an open book in discussing the pros and cons of each home. Ben and his team do a wonderful job of laying out a plan for prepping for sale. This includes running through the likely scenarios of what you'll encounter once you hit the market. We found this to be helpful because when they arise, you've already played it out in your mind. Things unfolded just as anticipated: the sale was quick, the home fetched a price right in range with expectations and the closing went without a hitch. Excellent realtors. Really took the time to help us find the right home and neighborhood for us based on interests and price points. What was nice was that not only did Ben show us homes we were interested in, but also showed us other homes in our general area and price point so we could get a good feel for the market and what would really work for us.
