I actually randomly was paired with Ben upon finding an initial investment property and calling the agent on the sign. It must have been our luck, because, while we chose to let that one fall through along with one or two others-we worked with him for over 6 months on and off as we picked through all that Atlanta had to offer. During that time he would take the initiative and send us properties he identified. Once we finally landed on a property-which actually is near his neighborhood, we dove head first. Great recommendations for when to negotiate and when not to, what to ask for/what not to in the inspections etc etc. We literally snagged our dream house. For working with us for 6 months through the ebb and flows of finding a property/letting it go and then finding another....He never lost his enthusiasm and was an incredibly hard worker! We have already recommended him to friends who are doing a similar search that we did. He also sold our existing house of which was only on the market for 10 days. A well thought-out pricing strategy, professional network of his friends, co-workers and peers literally enabled us to buy and sell our dream loft to buy our dream home.
