I actually randomly was paired with Ben upon finding an initial investment property and calling the agent on the sign. It must have been our luck, because, while we chose to let that one fall through along with one or two others-we worked with him for over 6 months on and off as we picked through all that Atlanta had to offer. During that time he would take the initiative and send us properties he identified. Once we finally landed on a property-which actually is near his neighborhood, we dove head first. Great recommendations for when to negotiate and when not to, what to ask for/what not to in the inspections etc etc. We literally snagged our dream house. For working with us for 6 months through the ebb and flows of finding a property/letting it go and then finding another....He never lost his enthusiasm and was an incredibly hard worker! We have already recommended him to friends who are doing a similar search that we did. He also sold our existing house of which was only on the market for 10 days. A well thought-out pricing strategy, professional network of his friends, co-workers and peers literally enabled us to buy and sell our dream loft to buy our dream home.

My husband and I would highly recommend Ben to anyone we know. We went through a not-so-great experience before, and he really made up for that with his incredibly thorough explanations and fielding our constant barrage of questions. He did an excellent job of selling our home. He very thoughtfully recommended how to arrange our home to look great in professional pictures, and then did an expert job on pricing our home to sell quickly (but not so quick that we were missing out). Additionally, with him we bought an incredible home in an up-and-coming area- of which with his recommendations we weren't blown off by the sellers (as many had been before us). He took his time to get to know us, see the style of house we liked and really worked with us almost daily for nearly 2-3 months. Very professional, attentive to our needs, has his own unique recommendations, and saw it through to the end. An while, this isn't the place to recommend them- he also had a network of lender/closing attorneys that proved incredibly proficient in the whole process (one great package)!
