We worked with Ben to find our dream starter home in the beginning of 2021. In a wild market, Ben was the perfect guide toward finding our spot in San Diego. We could probably write an essay on “why choose Ben”, but here are just a few highlights. 1. Ben consistently goes above and beyond to educate us on all things house hunting, like walking through line by line of a contract or educating us on the trends and industry standards of home buying. Ben embraced our questions, always excited to help us learn and find what’s perfect for us. 2. Beyond educating, Ben’s availability throughout was incredible. From racing to a same day showing in a competitive market, quick responses via call/text as questions came up, and always communicating when offers were in. Couldn’t have asked for more from Ben! 3. Ben’s patience was unmatched. He consistently reminded us that things took time and he would work to find the perfect home for us. This patience allowed us to find what was right for us, paired with Ben’s expertise on what might not have been the best deal and what was a San Diego gem. 4. Ben is the ultimate advocate. As a well respected and connected member of the real estate community, Ben formed strong relationships with everyone we met along the way, giving us the upper hand in offers. In a competitive market, this made all the difference. 5. Even after settling into our home, Ben has a been continual support system. Not sure we would have ever figured out our sprinkler system without him! Helping us through all the newness of homeownership, we couldn’t be more grateful. It’s clear he is an expert in every way. We really couldn’t say enough good things about Ben. He worked tirelessly and enthusiastically to find us our cozy SD spot and we will recommend him to anyone looking to find theirs.

Ben did an amazing job finding us a house in San Deigo while we were living across the country on the East Coast. He is knowledgeable of the housing market and has unmatched negotiation skills in this ruthless housing market to help us close our house. We are grateful for his help and blessed to know that we are in our house now we want because of him. More importantly, he treats you with respect as a person, not just a lead with a dollar sign on your forehead! I will definitely do business with Ben in the future if we need a new house!
