Belinda Wang went above and beyond for my family at every turn. We were selling the family home after 58 years. Belinda recently helped my parents purchase a condo in Irvine and I would highly recommend her as she is very thorough, patient and knowledgeable. My parents' requirements were very specific (one-story, 1200 sf or larger, built after 2000, attached garage, large master bedroom and bathroom, walk-in closet) and since they were not planning on moving in immediately, it also had to have good rental potential. She always acted in our best interest and provided honest feedback when she felt a seller's conditions were not favorable to us. She never pushed us to make a quick deal for terms that we were not comfortable with. Given my parents list of requirements and their budget, she negotiated a fantastic deal on a beautiful 3BR/2BA condo in Northpark for $21K less than the list price. Since we are inexperienced buyers, she took care of all the details (she handled the inspection, negotiated a credit for repairs, helped review HOA documents to answer any questions), kept us informed and asked for our input and was really an advocate looking out for our best interests. Even with all the COVID-19 restrictions, she was able to close escrow on time and was in constant communication with us, the listing agent, the lender and escrow to make sure everyone had the documents they needed. She even helped cover some of the closing costs. Now that we have closed escrow, we have hired Belinda to be our property manager. This is our first time as landlords and her experience managing property has been invaluable to us. She told us how to set up a continuing service agreement for utilities and managed all repairs, cleaning and photography to get the place ready to list and after just one weekend of showings, tenants are scheduled to move in one month from our close of escrow! She has gone above and beyond to research the most cost effective ways to get our place ready to rent and worked directly with our home warranty company to get the place re-keyed for less than a locksmith would
