Working with Belinda was a great experience. She was able to keep up with my request to look at all available houses in our budget in two days. For the most part I'm in and out of houses and knew what I was looking for since we were working with smaller budget. When we rolled up to one house I told her I didn't even want to get out the car, she simply stated on to the next then. Very practical, upfront and honest. She was always available to answer any questions we had and reassured us when our closing was pushed back a couple of week because of last minute inspections. In the end we ended up wit the perfect little house and right on budget!
