20+ years of excellence! Belinda was born and raised in the Fireland’s area of Margaretta Township/Erie County. She is the last of 15 children and takes great pride in living by the golden rule! Raised in a family of entrepreneur’s, she understands the value of hard work & integrity! She studied at Bowling Green/Fireland’s College and received her Real Estate License in 2002 from Hondros College in Toledo, Ohio. Her background is of Marketing, Finance and Real Estate. She has been a full time Ohio Licensed Realtor since 2002, a member of NAR, OAR, FAOR, and NOW MLS (Cleveland/Akron/other areas of Ohio ).
Belinda’s hard working professionalism has earned her the award as "Fireland’s Rookie of the Year 2003", and several other production awards throughout her career.
Continuing to further her education in her career, Belinda has earned the top credential of the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Designation. Less then 3% of Realtors qualify for this designation. In addition to the CRS, she has earned the e-Pro certification, CNE Designation (Certified Negotiation Expert), and SRS. This benefits her clients with expert knowledge above her industry in E-commerce Marketing, Top Negotiation Skills, and ongoing education of Ethics and Core Law of Real Estate.
In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, spending time with her family, sports, and traveling to her next adventure!
