I honestly never imagined how incredibly helpful a real estate agent could be until I worked with Behnaz. Every single time I texted or called her — whether it was 8 a.m. or 11:30 p.m. — she responded immediately, always with kindness, patience, and genuine care. She explained every detail clearly and guided me through every step of the process like a true professional. Thanks to her exceptional advice and expertise, I’m sure she saved me thousands of dollars in costs. Even after my closing date, she continued to help me — connecting me with reliable people for different services and answering all my questions with the same dedication as before. The mortgage team she introduced me to was absolutely amazing! I already had two pre-approvals from other lenders, but the team Behnaz recommended got me a far better rate and higher loan amount. They were outstanding — truly the best. Without any exaggeration, I’m beyond happy with Behnaz, her professional team, and her amazing mortgage partners. If you want someone who will handle everything for you flawlessly and make the whole process smooth and stress-free — Behnaz is the one. She’s not just my realtor anymore — she is my friend now. She even came to welcome me to my new home with some flowers and some beautiful gifts. Behnaz is truly professional, caring, and kindhearted. I’m so thankful my friend introduced her to me — and I’ll always be grateful for that recommendation. Thank you so much, dear Behnaz! You’re simply the best! 💛
