Becky Rensing

Becky just sold our house. This is the second real estate transaction that we've done with Becky Rensing. The first transaction was a "buy" and Becky held our hands and walked through everything carefully to make sure that our interests were completely protected. The second transaction was a "sell". You need this third party to look at your home from a buyer's perspective. She saw minor details that I had lived with for so long that I no longer saw them, but a buyer would. This is exactly what I needed. Our walls had an eclectic paint scheme that I really loved. "Eclectic" really narrows the appeal of a house to only a small group with your tastes. Becky had me step back and really take a look at it. The paint was old and tired. We repainted and the house sold quickly. Plus, Becky has been working in this area for some time now and has a whole stable of contractors who work with her regularly. This means you're going to get a good contractor and a good price. When I identified myself as a referral from Becky, I moved to the top of the contractors' lists. Getting a house ready for sale can be traumatic, but Becky made it easy.
