Here is my story: I met Becky when I first started searching for a new home, at the time she represented the seller but her professionalism, friendly and helpful demeanor impressed me right away. I didn't purchase the condo she showed because it wasn't the right timing but we exchanged contacts and went our separate ways. I didn't think much of it after and had to put the house hunting on hold since I was just a couple of months away from moving across the country, back home to be closer to family. And just as I was settling back home, she reached out to me to say hi and followed-up on my move that she remembered from our initial conversation. I was surprised and thought ok, she's diligent and proactive, and as I resumed the house hunting process, I thought, why not. From there, we saw condos after condos, houses after houses, between the open house and scheduled tours, it felt like we were at it forever. At one point, I felt like there wasn't anything out there for me as I was very particular about what I was looking for, but Becky was encouraging, understanding and accommodating. Let me tell you, she was with me for almost EVERY visit, including majority of the open houses. She was willing and wanted to learn about my particularities to help me filter out the listings and find the best home that met my needs. Let me remind you, we did this for over a year, she became just as vested as I and determined to help me find the right home. Now I've worked with other agents before and heard stories but Becky was unmatched. From day one to closing, she was with me every step of the way, answering questions, giving me advice, taking breaks over coffee and boba tea and I can't imagine working with anyone else but her. It was a total pleasure and I miss her already.

Becky is amazing! We were first time home buyers and she helped up with EVERYTHING! From putting multiple offers in, last minute change of lenders to finding a lawyer & a home inspector. She worked so hard for us to get our dream house and we would have not been able to get it without her help. She will treat you like family! If you need support and honestly, she is your person!

I liked Becky because she was fast in communication. She tried her best to quickly reply to my emails, phone calls or SMS. She was always polite and gentle. She gave me some good suggestions on writing the offer letters. She helped me finding home inspection persons. I needed to do some inspection by a drone, she found a person who do this kind of jobs. It was a great help. Whenever I asked her to contact the seller for some reasons, she immediately contacted the seller. I never asked her about housing market situation, whether it will go up or down whether I should wait or buy now. She also did not tell me anything about market situation, probably because it is unpredictable. In summary, I liked Becky and I will recommend her to my friends and family.

My experience with Becky was great! She was very patient with me as I narrowed down locations and types of homes I was looking for. We looked at many places before I finally found what I was looking for. She is knowledgeable about the market and I trusted her guidance. She also provided great referrals for services like lending, inspectors and attorneys. I would work with Becky again and highly recommend her.
