Cannot Recommend Enough! She is AMAZING!

Bebe was an absolute joy to work with and I cannot recommend her enough. She totally got me and understood exactly what I wanted. She was so incredibly honest with me it was refreshing. Because of her ability to understand my needs, wants and her honesty, she did not waste my time nor my emotional energy. Moving and buying your next home regardless of the situation is hard and she was with me every step of the way. She was professional, exceptionally kind, an excellent communicator, and totally on the ball. She ran circles around the listing agent. Being from out of state, the number of virtual home viewings she accommodated was exactly what I needed. She did live virtual home viewings and also recorded ones when I could not attend. She helped me negotiate a fair offer and made sure I was realistic in what I was asking for. She advocated for me, but because she also knows the market so well, she was able to help me navigate how things work down here. She moved mountains for me especially with all of the hassle post hurricane Ian and made sure that I closed on time. Given the increasing interest rates, closing on time was so important and will save me thousands of dollars. Not only was she there for me during the looking and purchasing process, but she has also been there for me post-closing helping me with the home warranty people, referring various contractors, recommendations on places to go, etc. I am so lucky she was my agent and advocate. I am also incredibly grateful to call her my friend now. If you are ever in need of an agent, she is the one for you! Given how much she did for me as the buyer agent, I can only imagine the lengths she would go to as your listing agent. When I am ready to move on to my next house in the area, she will not only be representing me in buying my next home but if I sell this one, she will also be my listing agent.
