I hired Barry Wallace to assist with my condo rental search after moving to Miami from Atlanta, GA 3 years agai. Unfortunately, a demanding work schedule and frequent business travel created several challenges for me. However, Barry made my search far more seamless than I could have ever imagined considering my circumstance. He listened to my needs and avoided unnecessary condo visits due to reasons that did not meet my criteria, or simply because he felt it would not be a good fit-- even when a quick sale would be compromised. Besides that, he is extremely knowledgeable of markets conditions, comparable prices, and any pertinent info needed when searching for high rise condo rentals. Barry was awesome all the way he helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He drove over an hour just to meet with us. While every other realtor had an excuse he was on top of everything. I'd recommend him to everyone. He was the BEST!!!

Barry was a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to understand what we are looking for, where we wanted it to be and how much we wanted to spend. He then took the time to curate and send us listings on a daily basis. He was always available to show us the homes and give his honest and sound advice when appropriate.
