Barry was very patient always willing to do showing at anytime, always answered my questions. Kept me informed on what was going on with the inspections and closing.

Barry is the best. He was extremely knowledgeable of the market in Colorado Springs, even though that isn't his main selling area. We got along with Barry great. He is really funny and had us laughing the whole time we were house hunting. It was also really helpful to have him talking us through ideas of how to make each house we looked at our own. He had some really good ones that we hadn't thought of ourselves. It was bittersweet when we got under contract on a home after one day of looking because we wanted to spend more time house hunting with him! We would definitely use Barry again the next time we are looking for a house.
