Barry Ciabattoni

Barry guided us through the whole process of selling a home. From the initial stage of pricing, forms to be completed, and all the details required of the seller. Also, the final items prior to closing, and being there during pre signing documents and the closing. We felt very comfortable with Barry's advice and guidance throughout the whole process.

Barry's client benefit tremendously from his experience, professionalism, character and personable style. He helps his customers understand the process, he anticipates problems and concerns and he responds promptly and thoroughly. The exchange of property can be a daunting and scary experience, but Barry helps you make the best of it and reach the best outcomes!

Barry is a straight shooter with a strong ethic to do the right thing. He is also experienced, responsive, friendly, and outgoing. All of these qualities result in a smooth and trouble free real estate transaction.

We worked with Barry over the course of several years to eventually purchase the home we wanted. He listened to our needs and showed us homes that fit what we were looking for and also our price range. The market being what it was during Covid made bidding on a home a real challenge but Barry worked with us through this period of time until finally we were able to buy what we really wanted and we couldn't be happier. Barry helped us on both the buying and selling sides and was a professional throughout, providing his insight based upon his years of experience in the business. We are very grateful to Barry and consider his assistance in finding us a forever home invaluable.
