Barbra is the best agent we have worked with from a technical perspective. She knows the market and is very confident in her performance with her client, in our case the seller. She stays on top of the closing process and insures that everyone keeps the schedule from slipping. Where i believe she is a bit short is on hand-holding of the client whereby a unique request is requested by by one of the parties. In this situation she provides little direction to the responsible party as to how to handle that request. In that these types of requests are the exception rather than the norm it probably is a moot point. All in all we were very pleased she sold a difficult product and did it with good terms in a short period of time.
