Barbara was an enormous help!

As a first timer when it came to buying or selling a home, I had almost no knowledge up front of the process. I chose Barbara because she had such a log career selling homes in the Brevard area. Barbara and her assistant, Beth, made everything easy for me to understand and were always quick to respond clearly to questions. They came up quickly with a strategy to sell my mother's home with the minimal amount of investment in repairs up front and their idea ended up totally working as we very nearly got our full asking price in cash within a couple days of listing.
