Barbara and her team were wonderful to work with. Barbara gave me some minimum things to do around the house to get it ready and gave me good advice on where to price my house. She quickly put the listing up, had a few open house events, and we were getting offers. The market is slowing down some, but the house sold in a little over one month, and closed in less than two. I highly recommend Barbara for real estate and she's working now to find me another property.
