Rachel was extremely knowledgeable about the market in the Viera area. Rachel was always available if I had any questions and stayed on top of the sale of my house. If you are looking for someone with experience in Brevard County, I highly recommend Rachel for your real estate needs.
Amanda was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. Being a first time homebuyer is incredibly stressful and confusing, but Amanda was there to help every step of the way to ensure that we found the perfect home!
Barbara is an expert in every sense. She has a lifetime experience and knowledge of Cocoa Beach condos, and I felt very confident with her as my agent. She and her team respond very quickly to any need, and they are very professional.
Barbara responded immediately to our query about oceanfront condos. She helped us navigate each location, understanding our desires with each location. Her knowledge of today's market is incredible! It is solely because of her, we found and purchased our forever home!!
Barbara and Trisha were able to sell my home in less than a month at a price a little higher than current market prices. I appreciate all the hard work and communication during the selling and closing process.
Excellent team to work with. Amanda was very friendly, punctual, and great at getting our home handled after we moved away. Excellent communication and quick seamless transitions through the listing and selling process.
From the time we called to say we were selling our home till we closed, we did not have to worry about anything. If you want a stress-free experience, call Barbara!
Rachel was so helpful and will remain a friend. She is still helping with all that needs to be done. Thank you for going above and beyond!!
We cannot say enough about Rachael & Barbara. The experience was the most pleasant & remarkable real estate transaction that we have ever done. Rachael was very professional & knowledgeable and responded to all our concerns. Our house sold in record time & got over the amount we were asking. We highly recommend Rachael and the team at Better Homes and Gardens Reality. They made selling a home a delightful experience.
Barbara Zorn was incredible to work with. We were navigating a tricky home purchase while also needing to line up a renter for our condo, and she guided us through every step with confidence and expertise. Barbara was both a cheerleader and a strong advocate, always making sure our best interests were protected. She stayed by our side through the entire process, offering steady support, clear communication, and practical solutions. Thanks to her dedication and knowledge, what could have been a stressful experience turned into a successful and smooth transition. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Barbara is an excellent realtor. Easy to work with. She keeps you informed, and gave good guidance on my home's selling price. Very happy customer. 2nd Time - I bought land with a barn. Barbara handled the transaction and kept fees low. Greatly appreciated. If you are selling or buying, you need a realtor. Barbara is tops in the Brevard / Space Coast area.
