I don't ever want to work with any other realtor except Barbara Smith!!

We have worked with Barb 4 times at this point. The reason we keep going back to her is because of her high level of expertise, kind manner, and ability to negotiate with other agents. I believe she has always gotten us the better deal. She always answers the phone or a text very quickly, and remains completely professional thru out the buying or selling of a home. Her level of knowledge surpasses any other realtor I’ve had occasion to work with. Two of the times we worked with her to buy a house, we got all the way to the inspection stage and due those results we decided to walk away. Even tho Barb had done a good amount of work for us in those 2 deals, she was totally fine with our not going thru with the deal. She’ll tell you if you need to walk away too, if the other party is being unreasonable. This last deal she successfully sold my house for me, negotiating a very fair deal. She is at the top of the list for competence and confidence. She’s straight forward, and will tell you if you need to back off of a point of contention or hold your ground on what is right for the deal, and this is what makes her so successful. She does this in a very nice, kind manner. I’m so happy she has been on our side of any of these transactions. I cannot praise her ability, and personality enough. I give her 50 out of 10 stars! You would be very wise to have her be your realtor.
