Barbara has excellent staging ideas. Her tips were very helpful We had a new roof put on the house before we listed. Gutters were included in the bid and were supposed to be installed. We live out of state and called him multiple times to finish the gutters to no avail Barb called the roofer and got a Refund check for the gutter amount so we could hire a reputable contractor install
