We have used Barbara for several real estate sales and purchases. She is amazing and always gets the job done. She works very well with other agents and lawyers. Barbara is professional and respectful of property. She treated our recent sale like it was her own house. Very protective of our assets during open houses and showings. I recommend Barbara for all your real estate needs.

Barbara is an excellent professional. She guided and helped me throughout the whole process of finding a great investment property for me and my family. We are truly grateful! She has all the knowledge and experience any person can look for in the search of their property. I absolutely recommend her! Barbara, you are the best!

This is my second time working with Barbara, a home purchase and sale. I have seen her work on both sides, and she is wonderful to work with. Not only is she great at what she does, she is also has become a special friend to me, and my sons. She always puts your best interest first, and she is top notch when it comes to relaying her expertise. You can't go wrong with having Barbara represent you! She is a hard worker, with a huge heart as well. Thank you again Barbara for always doing the right thing and caring so much about my home.

Barbara is truly such an incredible agent. My husband and I became first time homeowners because of her. She came with us to every single home we wanted to see, answered all of our questions and always gave her expert opinion on things. Barbara is also an incredibly kind and caring agent. We felt taken care by her every step of the way from getting listing emails to the very end in handing us our keys. I knew she was already amazing because of she helped my parents buy their first home but I got to experience her expertise firsthand this time around and it was a treat. I highly recommend Barbara to anyone who is looking for a knowledgable, diligent, and trustworthy agent to work with. Thank you Barbara for all your hard work!

I had the pleasure of working with Barbara on purchasing a piece of land in Grafton for a sizeable development project. This deal we had come to was complicated and time consuming. Barbara was there every step of the way to answer questions I had, work with the sellers to explain the process from our side as a developer and ultimately helped us negotiate a great deal for all parties. She has a fantastic knowledge of the local market both big and small! Had I been dealing with someone else, I’m not sure we would have gotten to a closing table. If you’re in the market for a home looking for local expertise, I highly suggest you reach out to Barbara.

Barbara was great every step of the process. Not only is she a great realtor, but also became a friend.

In this process of selling my Condo, working with Barbara has been a truly pleasure, that involves commitment, patience, communication, kindness and the most important a very professional approach. She is a very hard worker, punctual, always easy to reach and give me answers and solutions to my concerns. Even in this difficult current market, with her persistence Barbara was able to reach our goal. It was also great to work together as a team, She wasn’t only our Sales Agent but also became our friend. I will highly recommend Barbara to my family and friends. Once again thank very much Barbara Rybicki! Remax Best Regards, Maria Banasiak

We were in good hands with Barbara. From the decision to sell, to the final closing, Barbara had our backs and so much more. We really put her talents to the test, marketing our house not once, but twice. Initially, we wanted to sell, but could not find housing that fit our family. We had a solid offer quickly, but needed more time, and pulled the listing from the market. Less than a year later, we found housing that fit our family, and re-listed our home. The market was still in our favor, and Barbara beckoned top dollar. She was instrumental in selling our home as well as the purchase of our new residence. Barbara never ghosted us, always picked up our call or sent a reply text. She treated our home as though it were hers, bringing back up for our open houses, giving us peace of mind. In the final home stretch, Barbara's efforts gave me a new respect for what a real estate agent does. She made sure every 't' was crossed and every 'i' was dotted. Our closing week went flawless, with not one hiccup. All thanks to Barbara's professionalism and her constant attention to every detail. Just as important, Barbara worked well with our lawyer, the buying agent. Grafton has a few good realtors, but Barbara IS THE BEST.

Barbara, is one of the most Professional Realtors that I know. I met her ten years ago when I purchased my Condo from her and have given her many referrals as a result of her Integrity and Professionalism....

Barbara has been a fantastic support through out my buying and selling my house. She is very cooperate and goes extra length to help. Her suggestions as an real estate agent helped a lot and that helped in me getting the top dollar for my house. A truly incredible person. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience selling our property with Barbara's help. She is kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient in her job, which simplified the process of selling our house. She went above and beyond to assist us with everything from getting a handyman to locating a lawyer. Thanks to Barbara's thorough planning, we sold our house on the first weekend after it went on the market.

As a broker I chose to use Barbara because of her expertise in the Worcester real estate market. My house was priced fairly, represented phenomenally and sold in one day, for over asking. I credit Barbara with her first hand local knowledge, as the key to this successful sale. This isn’t the first time I have used Barbara to represent me and my properties successfully, in Grafton. Her kindness and her personality are part of her genuine concern when she represents you and your property.
