We were new to the Punta Gorda area and explained to Barbara’s what we were looking for. I don’t think she slept until we found the right one. She had our personal and financial interests in mind the entire journey. We had to return to Colorado and continue our search on line. She visited every house for us to look at over FaceTime, she was literally available to us 24 / 7. We’ve had realtor’s in other states and no one has come close to her knowledge, professionalism, and the way she cares. We not only found the perfect house, we made a wonderful friend.
