Incredible Negotiator

Barbara was amazing. Her knowledge of the area was excellent. Our offer was excepted in spite of there being multiple offers on the property. She recommended a great inspection company. They did a very thorough job. She connected me with an electrician and a company to repair the electrical storm shutters. Both provided quotes immediately within the inspection period. She negotiated a large credit back at closing for these repairs. The lender she recommended got me a great interest rate and we closed in 30 days. So happy with this experience. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
