I first worked with Barbara in 2017 to purchase my home. She was incredibly professional, polite, friendly, and gave great feedback about the properties so I could make the best decision possible. I had such an amazing experience with Barbara, I contacted her to sell my home in 2021. She was thorough in assessing my home and the repairs needed before listing, set a reasonable timeline, and helped recommend and arrange vendors (i.e. plumber, pest control, carpet cleaning). Her professionalism and assistance was amazing and appreciated as I was going through a divorce and having major surgery at the time leading up to the listing. She helped me identify the type of property I wanted. Once I found the property, Barbara prepared all the documents, emailed them or hand delivered them as needed.
