If you’re looking for an agent to get you into a house or sell the house you’re living in Barb is the one you want. She made the entire process easy and stress free. Her response to my email about wanting to sell our house came in less than an hour and she had the process up and running not too long after. She gave us pointers on what to do with the home to make it easier to sell and get the most bang for our buck. The process of the sale put zero burden on an already stressful situation. She was easy to work with and made her schedule flexible to accommodate for our life. When we sat down to talk about sale price she brought multiple comparable houses which eventually led to a price that we both agreed on and explained all fees that were included in closing giving us an exact number of what we would be walking away with after the sale.
