There was not 1 moment during the whole process that I didn't appreciate everything she did. I honestly had no worries throughout the whole process. She did almost everything. From being at my house, the day after I 1st called her, to sitting with me during the closing. All the stuff in between those 4 weeks was 95% taken care off by her. The pictures, the listing, the showings, even the inspections. She called and emailed me every offer as soon as she got it, helped me through all the questions and concerns I had since this is not my line of work nor did I know how any of it worked. She explained everything very well.

Barb was a godsend when I sold my mom’s home after she entered senior living. Overall a good experience. Didn’t give 5 stars because we found out the day of closing that we needed carbon monoxide detectors installed . Should have probably been informed of that much earlier in the process. But overall good job! Would recommend to others.
