I am a proud new homeowner thanks to Barbara Jo. I met Barbara one day while I was at work and we got into conversation about houses and what she does for a living. I was not planning on buying a house at that time, but several months later when I began my house hunting journey I remembered Barbara Jo and how personable and informative she was. I dug up the business card that she had given to me, I called her up and the rest is history. Barbara Jo was extremely helpful during the entire process and always had my back. Barbara worked closely with the bank that I chose to get my mortgage with and worked to get an extension on my closing date. For me the process felt like a whirlwind and I’m extremely thankful that I had Barbara Jo by my side to explain to me what was taking place, what each piece of paper meant, and to keep me sane and stress free. I will be sure to recommend Barbara Jo to those I know looking to purchase a home and plan on working with her again when I decide to purchase another house.
