Agent provided the information, recommendations and referral to a rehab person that was very helpful. A major problem with Integrity Title Co. created unnecessary stress and additional work on our part and I highly recommend not doing business with them.

When we decided to purchase a house in Pinellas Co., I began a search for an agent who would represent us as buyers without a conflict of interest. I did the prerequisite due dilegence on a number of RE's, and Barbara Jo's reputation stood out. We gave her a list of approx. 10 homes we were interested in, and she offered a few others. We met and viewed all the available choices, and made an offer that weekend on one particular outstanding home. Barbs tenacity to make sure all of the details were taken care of above and beyond that of a typical Realtor's role made the difference for us as we are 1100 miles away.
