Made a stressful process much easier on us
Barb is a fantastic agent, and our only choice when dealing with buying/selling. She helped us purchase our first home 5 years ago, and now helped us sell it. We were nervous about the process due to the market being so hot at the moment, and she made things a breeze. She gave us great suggestions on how to prepare our home for showings, and had people in the door the day after it was listed. We also had some bumps along the way due to our buyer being on a FHA loan, and Barb helped us navigate every bit of that. She helped us get through an extremely stressful situation, and we are now able to pursue our future home goals. Her experience, ideas, and demeanor were excellent, and we are so happy we choice her once again for this process.
