Barbara came highly recommended by an acquaintance. She knew the retirement community we were located in and had a firm grasp on the facts, figures and trends of real estate in the area. She went above and beyond the actual expectations of a real estate agent by taking care of several extraneous issues which developed because of the shortcomings of contractors, which would have resulted in a no-sale had it been with another real estate agent handling the case. She has countless contacts which enabled us to circumnavigate these legal hurdles and also invested time and money in putting out the the unforeseen small fires which spontaneously combust before they develop into large ones. She saved me a fortune in gas money (@ $6 a gallon) by wrangling the necessary personnel to quell these issues as I lived in the valley and our house was located in Vista. She brings many years of experience and knowledge to the table and I would hire her again in a heartbeat if I needed to sell any property in the future.
