Barbara Hunt was a referral from my best friend through family members. It was the best decision for selling my house. Barbara's wealth of knowledge about sales and the local area. She helped me make critical decisions during a time of great uncertainty in my life. I am grateful for her confidence, negotiation ability, and especially her attention to all of the little details. Barbara was also able to refer me to an agent that has rental property connections, and I am happy to say that I have a place to move for the next year. Barbara Hunt did a phenomenal job working with me to sell my mother’s condo after she had to move to an independent living place. Since we both live out of the area, we needed someone who knew the market, the area, and could advise on price and what to do. Barbara took care of everything running everything by me and contacting my mother when needed for signing documents. Barbara had a list of contractors and handyman resources that helped get the house in shape for showing. I highly recommend her.

She has countless contacts which enabled us to circumnavigate these legal hurdles and also invested time and money in putting out the the unforeseen small fires which spontaneously combust before they develop into large ones. She saved me a fortune in gas money (@ $6 a gallon) by wrangling the necessary personnel to quell these issues as I lived in the valley and our house was located in Vista. She brings many years of experience and knowledge to the table and I would hire her again in a heartbeat if I needed to sell any property in the future.

Barbara Hunt has gone above and beyond, first selling my home and then taking care of the septic tank issues that have taken months to resolve. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable agent who also is fun to work with!
