Barbara began in the industry in 1978 in the escrow field, where she worked her way up to becoming an escrow officer. This experience has given her a vast knowledge in all aspects of the industry including, but not limited to, a broad knowledge of contracts and wording of same, working with Escrow, Lenders, Appraisers, Home Inspectors, Title Companies, Termite Companies, Handy Men and Insurance Companies. Barbara has a very thorough understanding of exactly what needs to happen and in what order and whom to contact in the event something is lacking.
Barbara went into Real Estate Sales in 1999 and truly loves it. Although she had always liked the ever-changing industry, she much prefers to be out in the field helping sellers and buyers face to face. She also thoroughly enjoys the marketing end.
Barbara is currently working with Evergreen Realty. Barbara feels she is able to offer the very best to her clients, treating each transaction with the same care and diligence she would treat it, if it where her own and treating all she meets with the respect they deserve.
