My family and I are transplants from Philadelphia. We had been renting in South Florida for the past two and a half years. Thinking of what our future here would look like we decided to purchase a home just before the Covid pandemic caused us all to stay at home. One of our Saturday morning rituals became looking at homes for sale and choosing the features we wanted when we purchased. Fast forward about six weeks and some restrictions were being lifted. I saw a property that looked promising on Trulia and requested someone to contact us for a tour. Within the hour I was speaking with Barbara and we saw the home that afternoon. While that home was definitely not the one for us, over the course of only two weeks Barbara learned our needs, wants, tastes and pet peeves. She took us to see over a dozen homes, in different areas to find just what we were looking for. Feeling a little anxious she reminded us constantly of what we'd asked for and we found The One! Her help didn't stop there, she also connected us with an amazing lending and closing team, inspectors and contractors. If we needed it, she was there to assist. It was not always a smooth process but she provided us with confidence that the home we loved would be ours, negotiated hard, and helped us see it through to closing. On July 1st, just shy of seven weeks after our first phone call Barbara was with at closing. Barbara was more than a pleasure to work with. She is the consummate professional and all around great person. We are happy to have met her and highly recommend her to any future home buyers.
