We had an unexpected death in the family who lived out of state. Barb helped us through the whole process and made everything smooth. She would check on the house for us, let us know what needed to be done, even helped clean and have professional pictures taken for us. The house was only on the market for a couple of weeks, and we wound up selling for more than we had originally thought. I didn't even have to travel the 8 hours for closing. She was warm, friendly, and always available even in the late evenings when I had questions. She walked me through every step, and was great at explaining the things I didn't understand. I'd choose her again any day!
