Barb is very detailed minded, she took care of all the communication with the buyer which made the process of selling my house very easy. Barb is a very positive person, you can't help but feel happy around her!

This wasn't our 1st experience with this beautiful lady in real estate. We have worked with her several times over the yrs. She was our realtor in 1994 sold our home and got us in the one we're In now. Sold my precious Mama her home in 2000 that we just sold yesterday thru Barbara. We love her dearly, she works hard for the money and is always there 24/7. She's a phone call away when you need her. She takes her job seriously. Now adays that can be hard to come by. We had her all over Eastern Kentucky looking at places for us, and she was so honest to tell us when we were looking at the right place or the wrong place. She warned us off of a few places that she knew would not suit our lifestyle, and we appreciated that very much. Ultimately she assisted us in buying the house that we were looking for. She went and looked at the house a few times to make sure that everything was okay with it, and communicated very well about the status of our offer and whatnot. She did a great job! If you are looking for a great realtor this is the one. Barb is so hard working and honest, and is so willing to help anyone to achieve their goal. We will no doubt buy more property in that area and we wouldn't want to have anyone else help us.
