I met Barbara through Realtor.com she was the broker for 73 Sunnybrook, she made an appointment for me to see the two units although, 69 already had an offer, she said " Of course we can see it, although it has an offer we don't lose anything by seeing it" I liked the place right away and asked her if we could put an offer, she immediately said "of course why not, lets just try", and soon after I heard back from her through e-mail saying the offer was submitted and we just needed to hear back from the other broker either way. Barbara was very pro-active right away! Barbara is very personal and she shows that she cares about her client and the services she provides. My rating say it all I know her husband is also a broker, I'm not sure if he also works with Century 21, however he helped her several times and he was just like Barbara caring and provided excellent service. Also, there was another man that helped his lastname is Martorana, he was also wonderful, very polite and helpful. Barbara is so experience in her job that she was steps ahead of what needed to be done, at all times.

She presented herself as professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with and saw our needs and our side of the story. We had never heard of Barbara Carter before but we would recommend her highly and if I ever need a realtor again I wouldn't consider choosing anyone else.

When I first met Barbara I was at a very lowest point in my life going through a divorce and needing to find a home for my family. Barbara was very patient and compassionate and worked very hard to find just the right home to accommodate our needs. She truly listens and cares about her clients. And even though I know she is very busy, she always made me feel like I was important and like I was her # 1 client. Barbara is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the local market and that was very evident throughout my experience with her. We had an accepted offer much quicker than I was anticipating and she guided the deal to closing with no issues.
