My real estate transaction experience with Barbara Bodnar and Caldwell Banker was very good. The entire process including setting a selling price, the house photographes, the marketing and showing of the property were all done very professionally. The results of the process were excellent. The house was sold within 2 weeks and over the asking price. We received a number of valid offers and were able to ask for highest and best offer.
