We decided to select Basia based on out initial encounter with her. Previous to that encounter, we had only communicated via email/text. After meeting her in person to walk our first house, we were thrilled to have a no nonsense, tell it like it is realtor who had our best interest in mind. Basia fit that description to a T. She never disappointed us at all and we always felt like she cared about us on a personal level and not just another client on her list. Basia was fantastic across the board. She always responded promptly to texts and emails and never had any issues doing any extra leg work to get answers for questions or issues that came up. She always had time for us regardless of the situation and was always patient with us no matter how many houses we needed to see. At every step of the process, Basia explained everything in great detail to assure us we were on the right track. She made us aware of any issues the moment she became aware of them and was very forthright with everything. No issues whatsoever. Overall, our experience was the best we could have expected. I would never think of going to anyone else for future real estate purchases/sales besides Basia. Hands down, Basia was the best in terms of experience, knowledge, and dependability. Choosing her was the best decision we made during this whole process.

Professional, approachable Basia always had our interests in mind when it came to looking at potential forever homes. Basia took us around to several locations so we could see a variety of homes in our price range. She offered her professional opinions and provided insight as we walked through the homes. Basia was the best. She took the time to look at many houses with us when it worked for our schedule. She was very organized and did a great job of planning out our days especially when we were looking at multiple houses. Definitely will recommend her.
