Cannot recommend enough! I bought my first home thanks to Barb and it was an amazing experience.

Barb sent me a personalized list of homes that met my criteria and I’m happy to say one of them became my first home! I know nothing about real estate transactions but Barb walked me through everything step by step. She is very kind and friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and accommodating- went out of her way to meet me at the property (before closing escrow) multiple times so I could take measurements/check on certain things. This was amazing because when escrow closed, I was fully prepared to hit the ground running and make the place “mine”! She didn’t have to do that but did so out of the kindness of her own heart. She helped me understand the escrow process and answered my questions, and we were able to close early! When I first walked into my new home, she had left the most amazing thoughtful gift basket! (Barb, if you see this- I hope we sent our thank you back then but I can’t remember! Thank you! We had an amazing dinner and still use the beautiful towels and glasses!) anyways, long story short: you can’t find anyone better than Barb.
