First thing you need to know about Barb is that she is so detailed and extremely prepared. Barb goes well out of her way to do what most realtors would never even consider without even being asked. I was moving from out of state and was unfamiliar with much of the location and Barb really took the time to explain and research all the questions I had. She took into consideration, all my needs along with my crazy request and somehow managed to filter it all into what is considered a dream home for most. Even being under contract on one home that we were unhappy with she tactfully and politely was able to navigate us to a home more suitable for our needs. She was patient throughout the entire process, even though we were very hesitant and unsure most of the time she was extremely thoughtful in every part of the contract, negotiations and thought outside the box to build the best offer possible. Barb was incredible.
