About Bailey

I am a newly licensed Realtor with Fieldstone Real Estate Specialists, and I am very passionate about partnering with others to ensure their needs are met, both in the buying and selling process. I attended MSU and achieved my BSN degree where I then worked as an OB RN. I chose to further my education and went back to MSUM and got 2 Master degrees, one for nursing leadership and the other for healthcare administration. With my experience and education I accepted a clinical leadership role with Allina Health. My husband, Conner, and I welcomed our first born daughter to the world shortly after I began this new role, and after returning from maternity leave, I found my priorities had shifted- I wanted to prioritize my daughter and our family- so we decided I would stay home full time! During this period is when I began thinking about real estate and pursing the passion that has always lingered in the back of my mind! I took the courses, passed the exam, and began conversing with brokerages, landing on Fieldstone Real Estate Specialists! I have always had a passion for real estate, interior design, and house "flipping", and now I have the opportunity to prioritize both my family and this dream/passion! I look forward to partnering with clients to find thier perfect property and/or sell their current home.
