I discovered Bailey through a friend. I simply asked him if he knew a really good real estate agent to help us re-locate to the area since we weren't too familiar with Catawba County. He said Bailey Breen is your "go to". Since we had to sell our home in eastern NC, we just scoured the real estate apps in the meantime. Our home sold and literally the day after we closed, a house listing showed up in Catawba County that we were very interested in. I already knew that good properties go fast in this county and we had to act fast. I immediately contacted Bailey and this is where his expertise, local knowledge and experience kicked in. Because he was so highly recommended by my friend, I told Bailey that my wife wants this house and I turned over the steering wheel to him. He immediately went to work on our behalf. His communication with us every step of the way was amazing. On day 2, I called my friend and said where did you find Bailey, he's like a well oiled machine, we are super impressed. To cut the story a little shorter, we had an accepted offer by day 4 and we even had a late show prospective buyer and had to compete with another offer by them We discovered we were in a "bring your best offer" situation around 7:30 on the final night. He guided us through this process which I admit, was a little nerve racking. We had already made visits to the house and my wife was really wanting this home. Bailey advised me how to handle this situation and at 9:30 he called to congratulate us, they accepted our offer. The rest is history. We are moved in and we are extremely happy. Bailey didn't just stop at the sale, he also arranged a couple repair visits for me to handle some minor issues. Bailey Breen is the best Realtor I've ever dealt with, hands down. This was the smoothest home purchase I've ever made. I have thanked him personally many times but let this review also serve as my personal thank you to Bailey Breen and all you did for my family.
