Pleasure working with Badar, he is really professional and amazing person out in DMV area. He made himself available for all for all all the questions we had and helped me , made the process easy and convenient through all the steps.

We utilized Mr. Zaman back in 2018, when we needed a home to rent in Springfield, Virginia. He was helpful, but wanted to add in extra expenses at the signing of the agreement (that the tenant would pay $75/repair and the landlord would cover the rest, which wasn't in the original paperwork). Fine, no big deal. 3 years passed, so we were finally ready to leave that home as we had bought a house in Fredericksburg in Virginia. During the walkthrough, he was difficult to deal with and wanted to argue about the condition of the home, stating that "he knew and had photos" when the house was given to use in a moderate/poor condition (with many appliances being damages and near the end of their lifespan). So we paid for those to be repaired. Additionally, he spent half the walkthrough speaking in Hindi w/ the Landlord, which was extremely disrespectful. You don't talk in another language when you're speaking with the Landlord DURING the walkthrough with your tenant. I was absolutely blown away. You can find other real estate people to help you out, as Mr. Zaman doesn't always have your best interest in mind.

I must begin how I came across Badar. I was looking at a particular neighborhood, and through seeing how a home that I liked was bought through the help of Badar. I had to contact him and get him on my team. He is very down to earth, and has a great knowledge on sales. He is very straightforward and will guide to make the a competitive offer. I wish I had come across him earlier, and I expect to contact him in the near future for his business or recommend him to family and friend because he someone you can trust. Great person, and exceptional Realtor. Thanks Badar.
