Terrie O’Connor, President of Terrie O’Connor Realtors, is pleased to announce that Alexander Cocuzza has joined the Ramsey, NJ office as a licensed real estate agent.
With a passion for helping people with their dream homes, Alex works hard to find his clients an amazing home or sell their current property.
Having lived in Mahwah for nearly 40 years, Alex loves calling New Jersey home because of its suburban setting, and closeness to the country and ocean. He graduated from Saint Joseph Regional High School and attended University of Massachusetts on a football scholarship. After being injured, he became passionate about photography and eventually landed at The School of Visual Arts.
"Thanks to my sales and management experience, I know a lot about problem solving and people. I believe that empathy and active listening are the key to helping someone achieve their goals,” says Alex. “Besides being a husband and father, helping others is extremely fulfilling and it brings me great joy when I have the opportunity to do so."
Alex is a husband to Carolyn, and father to three daughters, Lauren, Ophelia, and Marley. He has years of experience in management, client satisfaction, manufacturing, graphic design, and production.
