I stumbled across one of Sharon’s FB posts and was intrigued initially by property tax rates in SC. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy or was ready to buy, but Sharon kept me abreast of the sales and incentives of the builders in the area. I decided to venture down on a whim for a quick impromtu visit and ended up pulling the trigger on a home. I’m an out of state buyer who really didn’t know much about the area.
