My wife and I were planning on doing a home search in the Myrtle Beach area for our relocation. After basically stacking Sharon on Facebook for a couple months, and liking what I saw, I made contact with Sharon and explained what our plans were and discussed our needs etc, and immediately decided to work with Sharon. I told her we were coming down for house hunting first weekend in December for 5 days and wanted to begin planning on scheduling homes to see. Sharon said we likely wouldn't need that much time but gladly put the time aside for us. I had been doing research on areas, neighborhoods that we wanted to see and Sharon made plans for us to view homes and also recommended a new community start beginning. After first 2 days, 7-8 communities and some 16 homes later, my wife and I wanted to see the very first home we saw again and went back to look again, and we decided to move forward with this home. Sharon took control and said I can get extras from this developer. She did exactly what she said, AND CAME BACK WITH AN AWESOME PACKAGE to present to the developer. Within 30 minutes of making the offer, she had acceptance from the developed. much to our surprise and joy. Through the whole process right to closing, Sharon was there every step of the way, making the entire process so easy. This was my 5th home purchase but the very first for my wife, and Sharon made her very comfortable through it all. Sharon is exceptional...... we could not be happier.

My wife and I were looking for a new forever home when one weekend she went to an open house where she met not only the most amazing realtor, but our new friend Ms. Sharon. I met Sharon the following day as she toured several houses with us. Ms. Sharon was quickly amazing at getting to know my wife even by a simple facial expression. They would walk into a house and tour the home if one thing was off that my wife was unsure about Sharon picked up on it and automatically knew it was not the house for us without my wife having to say a word. This being said, it was as if Sharon had known my wife for years. Ms. Sharon takes pride in her career and her customers interest. She brought my wife and I to a home we fell in love with at first glance. This was our forever home, I knew it. There were a lot of ups and downs along the way with financing due to a data breach etc. Some real estate agents would want to just wait for answers, but Sharon fought daily for answers never giving the loan officer a break. Once the data breach was finalized we knew that we were approved immediately because Sharon was right on top of it. Sharon is truly the most amazing, loving person that could ever have represented us in purchasing our home. I deeply thank her for not only the professionalism, but the warmth and love she showed us from start to finish. We could never have our new home if it wasn’t for her. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase. She will forever be a part of our lives and I will forever be thankful for her. We believe she was brought into our lives for a purpose. That purpose was to find, help and conquer our forever home, but most of all for new friendships.

Sharon was an absolute amazing help every step of the way. She went above and beyond with everything she did and made the entire process much much easier to deal with. Even to fighting to keep money off the table during closing!

Can't say enough about Sharon. I had went through two other agents before I landed a gem like Sharon. She would run all over SC to video chat(I lived out of state) while showing me different properties she found. She listened to what I wanted and went out and found it for me. One day she drove to 4 different locations in the rain to make sure I saw theses properties. She gave me recommendations on inspectors, anything I needed Sharon would find it. If she didn't know the answer right off she doesn't stop until she can get the information I needed. Even late night she would text just so I would have a peace of mind.
