My wife and I are both in the military so moving is very common for us and working with Jason and Michelle was a great buying experience!We chose to work with Jason and Michelle when purchasing a house in Orcutt because of their extensive knowledge of the area and they delivered, finding us a beautiful home overlooking the Orcutt hills. Their teamwork approach allowed Jason to show us multiple properties and Michelle to be actively drafting offers and finding answers to the many questions we had. Their knowledge and help reached far past what we’ve experienced with other real estate agents. Jason’s experience with mechanical issues and engineering and Michelle’s background in horticulture were very helpful during the buying process and they continue to offer expertise when we need it.
